Abersoch, a picturesque harbour village nestled between two headlands, it is situated on the Llyn Peninsula in North Wales. Affectionately called the "Welsh Riviera", Abersoch has become a very popular seaside resort with great sandy beaches, internationally recognized sailing waters, all this set against the constant backdrop of Snowdonia.

You can enjoy of the Llyn Peninsula's spectacular beaches, dining al fresco or use the Warren's leisure facilities (which can be accessed for a nominal price, see further details).

Chalet Location and Details

Located towards the end of a small cul-de-sac at the Llnadberog end of the Warren overlooking very scenic views, a two minute walk from the beach and away from any through traffic, this chalet on The Warren provides a peaceful and secure retreat for the whole family. Outside, there is a large raised patio which gets the sunshine all day long it wraps around two sides of the chalet, providing a sheltered sun-trap or private area to enjoy a drink and a chat alfresco this also provides a secure and child friendly area, the patio comes complete with loungers, table, chairs, barbeque and patio heater. There is ample off-road parking for up to two cars.

The lounge is both a comfortable and modern area is decorated in a contemporary taupe and cream colour scheme nestled around a modern electric fireplace, a set of large French doors open out on to the patio.

For entertainment there's a flat screen digital TV with DVD player and a portable Bose IPod docking station.

KITCHEN/DINER

The dining area has seating for six people the fully equipped modern kitchen comprises of integrated fridge and freezer, four ring gas cooker with electric oven, washer and dishwasher, microwave and toaster. There is a comprehensive range of crockery, glassware, pans and other cooking utensils.

'The Warren Facilities' - Facilities on the Warren are available to you at additional cost including:
- Indoor pool and leisure facilities (max 6) £50.00 per week
- Outdoor pool and leisure facilities (max 6) £40.00 per week
- Both pools and leisure facilities (max 6) £70.00 per week
- The Warren Club £7.00 per adult per week - children free
- A purpose built Leisure Club with both indoor and outdoor heated pools, complete with pool bar and a drinks patio
- A superb fitness suite featuring a sauna, steam room, tanning room with health and beauty treatments available at your request
- A multi-purpose sports hall with facilities for squash and badminton
- Six tennis courts

Directions:

The Warren can be found approximately one mile before Abersoch on the left hand side of the A499 road from Pwllheli. Having turned into the main Warren entrance, you approach a barrier. Once through the barrier, turn left at the roundabout (not immediately left which takes you in to the car park). Proceed down this road, as far as you can go without taking any turns the chalet is the last one on the left hand side.
